By accessing or using OnlyPrepy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use OnlyPrepy on behalf of a student or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that use.
The service
OnlyPrepy provides free, independent educational material, including notes, practice questions, flashcards, study guides, exam timetable summaries, and score-planning tools. Features and content may be added, changed, corrected, restricted, or removed without a guarantee that every curriculum or resource will remain available.
Permitted use
You may use OnlyPrepy for personal, non-commercial learning and teaching support. You must not:
- copy, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the site;
- remove ownership notices or present OnlyPrepy content as your own;
- use automated methods to scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass protections on the site;
- introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access; or
- use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Normal browser indexing and brief quotation for commentary, citation, or teaching may be allowed where permitted by applicable law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
Intellectual property
OnlyPrepy's original text, organization, interface, illustrations, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Exam-board names, course titles, specifications, trademarks, and third-party source material remain the property of their respective owners. Referencing a curriculum does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Accuracy and educational decisions
We work to keep content clear and accurate, but educational material can contain errors or become outdated. Always check the relevant official exam board, school, teacher, or test center for current specifications, registration rules, accommodations, deadlines, and final schedules.
Practice results and calculator outputs are estimates for study planning. They are not official scores, predictions, guarantees, or a substitute for professional educational advice.

Sources and reference sections may link to third-party websites. OnlyPrepy does not control their content, availability, accessibility, security, or privacy practices. A link is provided for reference and does not automatically mean endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
OnlyPrepy is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyPrepy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes, enforcement, and contact
We may update these terms as OnlyPrepy changes. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of the page. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it.
